Delivery & Returns
At soulleather.com we always aim to provide customer service excellence and to ensure our customers are happy with their
purchase.
For faulty merchandise we will be happy to rectify the problem, refund the price
paid or offer an exchange of goods to the same value. Proof of purchase is required.
If you have changed your mind about a satisfactory product and return the items within
14 days of purchase, we will offer either a refund or exchange of goods.
Proof of purchase is required and goods must be unworn and unaltered.
Please Note
For hygiene purposes, toiletries, jewellery, underwear and swimwear may be returned
for a refund ONLY IF faulty. Proof of purchase is required.
Delivery Destinations
We deliver to most destinations within mainland UK. We're sorry but we can only accept orders from and deliver to UK
mainland addresses.
Postage and packing (P&P) charges
Each order - however many items it contains - carries a P&P charge of £4.95.
Delivery Time
We'll do our best to get your order to you within three to five working days of you placing it. If we think we'll go
over this time, we'll send you an email to let you know – please make sure we have your up-to-date email address for this
reason.
If we haven't despatched your order within 30 working days of you placing it because the goods are unavailable, we'll
give you a full refund, with our apologies. The money we owe you will be refunded directly to your debit or credit card
within the following 28 working days.
We'll need a signature to confirm delivery, so, if there's no-one in, a note will be left with the courier's contact
details to arrange another time. If an alternative delivery address from your home address is used, such as work, we
will need a landline contact number for that address to confirm delivery before dispatch, due to a high level of
internet fraud.

We want you to be happy with your order, but we understand that there may be reasons why you want to return items.

Please make sure you have the correct address on your parcel before you send it.
You need to return goods within 28 days of receipt to the address shown on your
invoice, by standard post. We will replace faulty or defective goods free of charge, which means we'll cover the P&P for
both the return and the replacement. Returning goods for other reasons is, we're afraid, done so at your own
expense.
Returned goods should be unused and in their original packaging, unless they're faulty or damaged.
